Southeast Asian Ministry:

Reaching out to Southeast Asians Who Needs Services

      Dr. Sahara Vuth Chea has been working with his team, the Cambodian Advisory Board, and Cambodian Steering Committee to ensure the well being and sustainability of the ministry outreach among the Southeast Asian Community since the early 2000. Dr. Chea received his doctor of ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary and has been a seminar leader on Grief Share program. He taught seminary courses for Bakke University, Golden Gate Theological Seminary. He is the author of the book, titled "Healing the Wounds of Cambodia".  Published in March of 20013.  He was the founder of the National Council of Churches for Cambodians Christians' in April 18,1999. He the church founder and planter of the First Cambodian American Church in Svay Rieng, Cambodia which is now up and running.  Leading the prayer service are two most qualified pastors every Sunday.

     Geographically, the Southeast Asian Ministry located in the  Salishan community-also known as the Eastside of Tacoma--sector 4 and Puget Sound.
